ACC Breaks Above 3% Yield Territory

In trading on Thursday, shares of American Campus Communities Inc (NYSE:ACC) were yielding above the 3% mark based on its quarterly dividend (annualized to $1.35), with the stock changing hands as low as $44.95 on the day.
