Through its wholly owned banking subsidiary, United Business Bank, Co. provides financial services to businesses and business owners as well as individuals through its branches. Co. provides a range of lending products, including commercial and multifamily real estate loans (including owner-occupied and investor real estate loans), commercial and industrial loans (including equipment loans and working capital lines of credit), U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loans including income producing real estate loans and small business loans under the SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs, construction and land loans, agriculture-related loans and consumer loans.
