Chicago Bridge & Iron is an engineering, procurement and construction service provider and a process technology licensor. Co. has three business sectors: Steel Plate Structures, which provides engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction, including mechanical erection services, for the hydrocarbon, water and nuclear industries; Project Engineering and Construction, which provides engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction services for upstream and downstream energy infrastructure facilities; and Lummus Technology, which provides licenses, services, catalysts and equipment to companies in the hydrocarbon refining, petrochemicals, and gas processing industries.
