Co. operates in two segments: Systems, which consists primarily of Co.'s MultiComputer Division that designs, commercially develops and manufactures signal processing computer platforms that are used primarily in military applications and the process control and data acquisition proprietary hardware business of its Modcomp subsidiary; and Service and System Integration, which consists of the computer maintenance and integration services and third-party computer hardware and software value added reseller businesses of its Modcomp subsidiary.
