(HCPC), Co. is authorized to underwrite homeowners' property and casualty insurance in Florida. Co.'s Homeowners Choice Managers, Inc. subsidiary acts as HCPC's managing general agent, and provides underwriting policy administration, marketing, accounting and financial services to HCPC, and participates in the negotiation of reinsurance contracts. Co.'s Southern Administration, Inc. subsidiary provides policy administration services, and its Claddaugh Casualty Insurance Company Ltd. subsidiary provides reinsurance coverage to HCPC.
