Healthcare Services Group provides management, administrative and operating services to the housekeeping, laundry, linen, facility maintenance and dietary service departments of the health care industry, including nursing homes, retirement complexes, rehabilitation centers and hospitals located throughout the U.S. Co. is organized into two reportable segments: housekeeping, laundry, linen and other services (Housekeeping), which manages the client's housekeeping department; and dietary department services (Dietary), which manages the client's dietary department. As of Dec 31 2011, Co. rendered such services to approximately 2,900 facilities in 47 states.
