Co.'s primary market areas include Smith, Gregg, Tarrant, Travis, Cherokee, Anderson, Kaufman, Henderson and Wood Counties in Texas, and to a lesser extent, portions of adjoining counties. At Dec 31 2011, Co. had total assets of $3.30 billion and total deposits of $2.32 billion.
