Co. has two principal operating subsidiaries: Umpqua Bank, which provides a range of banking, wealth management, mortgage and other financial services to corporate, institutional and individual customers; and Umpqua Investments, Inc., which provides a range of investment products and services including: stocks, fixed income securities (municipal, corporate, and government bonds, Certificate of Deposits, and money market instruments), mutual funds, annuities, options, retirement planning, money management services and life insurance. As of Dec 31 2012, Co. had total assets of $11.80 billion, and total deposits of $9.38 billion.
