California First National Bancorp is a bank holding company. Co. has a bank subsidiary, California First National Bank (the Bank) and a leasing subsidiary, California First Leasing Corp. Co.'s main business is secured financing provided through leasing and financing capital assets, commercial loans acquired through participation in the syndicated commercial loan market, by providing non-recourse loans to third parties secured by leases and equipment, and direct commercial loans. The Bank gathers deposits via posting rates on the Internet and conducts all banking and other operations from one location. At June 30 2017, Co. had total assets of $715.6 million and deposits of $468.6 million.
