DOM Dividend History & Description — Dominion Resources Black Warrior Trust
Dominion Resources Black Warrior Trust is a grantor trust formed to acquire and hold certain overriding royalty interests burdening proved natural gas properties located in the Pottsville coal formation of the Black Warrior Basin, Tuscaloosa County, AL owned by Walter Black Warrior Basin LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The Black Warrior Basin contains seven Pennsylvania-age multi-seam coal groups: the Black Creek, Mary Lee, Pratt, Cobb, Gwin, Utley and Brookwood coal groups. The trustee, Southwest Bank, has powers to collect and distribute proceeds received by Co. At Dec 31 2014, Co. had total proved reserves of 11.46 billion cubic feet of natural gas.
