First Trust Value Line Equity Allocation Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the Value Line Equity Allocation Index (the Index). The Index is designed to objectively identify and select those stocks from the 1,700-stock Value Line universe across market capitalizations and investment styles for growth and value that appear to have potential for capital appreciation.
