ProShares Ultra KBW Regional Banking ETF (the "Fund") is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the KBW Regional Banking Indexsm. The KBW Regional Banking Index is an equal-weighted index that seeks to provide diverse regional banking exposure. The index includes stocks of 50 publicly traded companies that do business as regional banks or thrifts. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $2,945,528 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $2,446,362.
