OEC Dividend History & Description — Orion SA
Orion is a global manufacturer of carbon black products. Carbon black is a powdered form of carbon that is used to create the physical, electrical and optical qualities of various materials. Carbon black products are used as additives for the production of polymers, printing inks and coatings and in the reinforcement of rubber polymers. Co.'s business segments are: Specialty Carbon Black, in which Co. manufactures specialty carbon black for a range of applications such as polymers, printing, batteries and coatings applications; and Rubber Carbon Black, in which Co.'s rubber carbon black products are used in tires and mechanical rubber goods.
